Well that didnt work for me. Same issue, mac os I have no idea how this happened. It was working, then it stopped. No update, no changes. The only thing is it stopped working right after i used photoshop to do something unrelated.
So I figured the photoshop upate trick mentioned here would work, but it did not. I also tried re-intalling, and it still somehow manages to come up with this error. WTH adobe? I never realized how much I rely on this one program until it suddenly crapped the bed. Now I realize I need to backup all my custom profiles very quickly. Oddly enough I tried updating other things, and for me it was Bridge. Which i rarely use. I updated, opened, closed and then Acrobat started working.

After the free trial was done, I decided to purchase a month to month Adobe Acrobat Standard. I unistalled Pro on my computer and purchased Adobe Acrobat Standard. I installed Standard from the link where I purchased it. After downloading standard and having it launch, my computer launches PRO and tells me my trial has expired and I can't use it.

The installer says standard and when it is complete, I click the button in the installer saying launch Adobe Standard and Pro opens!!! Urgent work deadline! I don't see a deactivate option as with previous Adobe products I've had. I would like to know what procedure to follow so that I don't have any issues with reentering the license key.
